Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer — but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer fast and reliable delivery across the United States and select international destinations.

All U.S. orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to ensure fast, tracked, and secure delivery.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the date of purchase (1–2 days processing + 3–4 days shipping).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Unbranded Packaging

To keep your unboxing experience clean and minimal, Basilus orders fulfilled via Amazon are shipped in unbranded, eco-friendly packaging.
